What is a DR70 motor conviction?

A DR70 literally means ‘failing to provide specimen for breath test’. Unlike many other convictions within the Drink and Drugs category it only comes with four penalty points rather than 10. It stays on your licence for four years and must be disclosed to your insurer during this time.
