Car and Van Insurance with a PC30

What’s a PC30 motor conviction?

A PC30 driving endorsement means ‘contravention of pedestrian crossing regulations with stationary vehicle’. It carries 3 penalty points and needs to be disclosed for 4 years until it’s spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. The PC30 falls under the same category of Pedestrian Offences as the PC10 and PC20 which also carry 3 penalty points.

Make sure the motor conviction is disclosed because your insurer has the right to cancel your policy and avoid claims if the endorsement wasn’t disclosed from day one. This might also make it even harder to find insurance if you have a policy cancelled by your insurer.

Cheap PC30 car and van insurance

It can be quite a mission finding low cost PC30 car, motorbike and van insurance. Insurers are often put off by motor convictions such as the PC30 and believe it means you’re more likely to have a claim and cost them money! All drivers are different through and to treat all drivers the same is surely unfair.

That’s why we take a different approach at Convicted Car Insurance, and treat all circumstances as unique. We’re got a proven track record for finding cheap convicted car insurance policies and are confident the prices we quote will not be beaten elsewhere. We do all the hard work for you, so after a quick call, we make some calls and get back to you with the lowest price available we can find within the market.

It doesn’t end there…as well as convicted driver insurance for the PC30, we can also find insurance for other serious motor convictions. These include for previous bans, dangerous driving, careless driving, uninsured driving, reckless driving and drink driving.

We have setup a dedicated website aimed at helping retrieving seized cars and vans from a police impound. The impounded car insurance policies can be for just 30 days or a full year. This will depend on your needs, but what you can be certain of, is the policies are extremely good value and cannot be found on any comparison site or high street broker.
